| What are the Front Pages printed on? |
For standard prints up to 12 x 18 inches:
Your Front Page print will be printed on genuine
photographic paper, it is expected that under normal
conditions, your print will last between 20 and 40
years.
For canvas prints:
Your Front Page print will be printed on 430gsm canvas (the
heaviest possible), with 2 coats of laminate to protect it
from the elements and mounted on standard density pine
frames on our smaller canvases, and pro-quality, kiln-dried,
high density pine frames on our larger sizes.

| What size should the image be that I upload |
The image that you upload should be at least 1200 x 1600
pixels.
If your image is smaller than this we can not
gaurantee a high quality print for you.
Do not use any
image editing software to make your image file larger as
this will most likely lead to bad print quality.
Digital
cameras 2 megapixel and above produce images above 1200 x
1600 pixels |
| When will I get my order? |
Your order will be printed and sent within 24 hours by
Buyaphoto (not including weekends).
You will have the
option of choosing standard postage, express post or courier
for delivery.(canvas prints are courier only)
The standard delivery time is between 2 and 7 days. |
| Can I pay for it but get it delivered to a friend? |
You sure can.
When you are at the checkout you can enter
your friends details in the delivery address.
We will
send the receipt to your email address that you supply at
the checkout.

| Will I have to sign for my Front Page when it arrives? |
| Only if you choose courier as your delivery. |
| What should I do if I'm not happy with my order |
You should contact us straight away and let us know why you
are not happy with your order.
All the templates have
been fully tested to ensure a high quality print is
produced.
If your order was damaged in the mail, you
should send it back to Buyaphoto at the address shown on the
delivery docket and they will reprint it for you.

| Someone uploaded a picture of me and I want it deleted, how do I do that? |
| If there is an image of you uploaded that you did not
authorise, please contact us and we will delete it. It's
important that you give us the exact filename of the image
in question so we can review and delete it. Without the
filename or a link to the page you found it on, there's
nothing we can do! |
| How do I put my magazine on my website, blog, or profile? |
Adding your Front Page to a website, blog or profile is
easy! After you've created and saved your Front Page, you
will see your "code" as well as a variety of little icons
and buttons.
Each button represents a social network you
can "automatically" post to (MySpace, Facebook, etc). By
clicking the icon and entering your login information your
Front Page will automatically be added to your profile. If
you'd rather do it yourself, or you're adding your Front
Page to a webpage or blog, you can simply click inside the
"code" box and copy the code.
After you've copied it,
simply paste it where you want it to display and you're
done! |

For Magazines
No
The "I GOT FRONT PAGED AT WWW.FRONTPAGEME.COM" is only shown
on your web image, it is not printed on your Front Page when
you order a print.
For Newspapers:
